In a company filing, Chamunda Electrical Limited announced the receipt of a Letter of Award (LOA) from GETCO, a government entity, for a contract valued at approximately ₹63.47 crore. The project scope involves the comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of 88 units of 66 KV class sub-stations.

The contract is slated for execution over a period of 36 months (three years) from the date of commencement. The company received the formal award on April 1, 2026, following the initial letter dated March 25, 2026. Chamunda Electrical confirmed that the awarding entity is not a related party and the promoter group holds no interest in GETCO.

Despite a period of consolidation earlier in the quarter, the stock over the past year has given a return of 1.27 percent as the market reacts to the company’s expanding order book in the utility services space.
