COVER Corporation’s hololive has announced the creation of a personal agency for its affiliated talent Hoshimachi Suisei, marking a shift in how the virtual performer’s activities will be managed moving forward. This was announced following Suisei’s recent 8th anniversary celebrations.
The new agency, Studio STELLAR, is intended to support Suisei’s growth as a solo artist while maintaining her involvement in the broader VTuber group under hololive production. According to the company, the move follows discussions about her long-term career direction and aims to strengthen her presence in the mainstream music industry.
Under the new structure, Suisei will continue to participate in group activities, collaborations, and selected events with hololive. However, her solo endeavors — including music releases, streaming activities, merchandise, and fan club operations — will be managed through Studio STELLAR.
Talent management for the new agency will be handled by NERD Inc., which will work in coordination with COVER Corporation. The companies described the arrangement as a collaborative framework designed to support Suisei’s evolving career while contributing to the broader development of VTuber culture.
In a recent disclosure, COVER Corporation announced its investment in NERD Inc., stating that both parties will collaborate in future projects related to Suisei. Aside from the VTuber, other signed artists by NERD Inc. include Taku Inoue, the music project Midnight Grand Orchestra, and VINIO Inc.’s founder/director duo NIO.
Aside from the launch of Studio STELLAR, Suisei also announced the release of her new single “Primadonna,” with lyrics and composition by SHOW. Takuya Sakai of Arte Refact arranged the song and also helped in the composition.
Details of her upcoming concert tour, HOSHIMACHI SUISEI ARENA TOUR 2026 “Once Upon a Stellar,” have been announced as well:

Since her debut in 2018 and subsequent affiliation with hololive in 2019, Suisei has built a strong reputation as a music-focused VTuber. Her achievements include being the first VTuber to appear on the YouTube channel “THE FIRST TAKE,” surpassing 100 million views on her song “BIBBIDIBA,” and performing live at major venues such as Saitama Super Arena and Nippon Budokan.
