A manga adaptation of the 2025 survival horror video game Silent Hill F has been announced. It will be drawn by Ame Gokin and will feature a new ending from the game’s writer Ryukishi07 (also known for his involvement with the Higurashi When They Cry and Umineko When They Cry visual novel series).

The Silent Hill F manga will be serialized on KADOKAWA’s Young Ace UP. KADOKAWA also publishes the novelization by Shiro Kuro that was released in October 2025.
Silent Hill F was released last September for PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S as a standalone spin-off in the then-26-year-old Silent Hill series. The NeoBards Entertainment-developed, KONAMI-published title takes place in 1960s Japan and follows teenager Hinako as a fog befalls her town and brings peril. The game features third-person melee combat and psychological horror.
