The #I’m Looking For Zombie (#Zombie Sagashitemasu) TV anime will begin airing in October 2026. A teaser trailer and visual provide an early bite of its zombie apocalypse.
Other updates reveal that Shinya Une (Rent-A-Girlfriend Season 3) is directing the anime at Studio Comet with assistance from Kyohei Suzuki. Narumi Shimoji is the character designer.

Meanwhile, the cast includes Miyari Nemoto as Aki, Lynn as Natsuki, Toshiya Miyata as Haru, Hibiku Yamamura as Yu. and Yuka Nukui as Sakura.
#I’m Looking For Zombie is based on the manga by Katsuwa, in which 90% of humanity succumbed to a mysterious infection 13 years before the story. Aki, who has no memories of the pre-collapse world, leaves her village to find her father, with her friends Haru and Natsuki coming along for the ride. Along the way, they encounter two other humans, Yu and Sakura.
The manga began serialization in KADOKAWA’s Dengeki DaiohG in June 2022 and released its third and final volume in 2024.
