The adaptation of Eiko Mutsuhana‘s light novels is slated for a 2026 premiere. The first light novel volume was released in 2019, and there are two as of 2020. There is also a Kamada-drawn manga, the synopsis of which Yen Press describes as such:
“Make me a love potion.”
And with that single sentence, the Good Witch of the Lake’s secret crush on the dashing Sir Harij ends in heartbreak. Still, when he promises to help her gather the ingredients, Rose is thrilled at the chance to gaze upon a man she’d normally never get to interact with. She learns to brace her pounding heart for their usual stilted conversations…but what is she to do when he inexplicably shows up at her doorstep with bread and a jar of apple butter?
The Hi, I’m A Witch, And My Crush Wants Me To Make A Love Potion (Domo, Suki na Hito ni Horegusuri o Iraisareta Majo desu, or HoreMajo) light novels are illustrated by Vient and published under Futabasha’s M Novels f label.
