A TV anime adaptation of the Multi-Mind Mayhem light novels has been announced with a teaser visual.
Yusuke Kobayashi is voicing protagonist Bard Cornelius.

The Multi-Mind Mayhem (Isekai Tensei Sodoki) books are written by Ryosen Takami and published by Alphapolis. The first volume was released in 2014, and there are 14 volumes as of 2019.
Multi-Mind Mayhem has a manga adaptation by Honoji. One Peace Books describes it as such:
