Casting has begun for a new Australian quiz show, with producers searching nationwide for everyday Aussies willing to test their knowledge for large cash prizes.
The online callout describes an “addictive” new quiz format for a major commercial network, open to applicants aged over 18 and encouraging people from all walks of life to apply.
Casting producers posting in community groups say travel and accommodation will be covered for successful applicants, with filming planned at what is described as a “very exciting destination”.

The program, revealed last year, is being produced by Eureka and set to be hosted by Shane Jacobson (pictured above), with reports at the time suggesting filming would take place in an international production hub.
The new casting call points to several similar clues, including a destination shoot described as a “very exciting location” and a “fun unique element” within the format, with gameplay details still being kept under wraps.
The series is being produced by Eureka, whose credits include Australian Idol and Farmer Wants a Wife for Seven, The Floor for Nine, the reboot of The Mole for Netflix, and U.S. game show The Quiz With Balls.
