The first trailer has been unveiled for the upcoming Do You Like Big Girls? anime series, which highlights the show’s theme song. An uncensored “premium version” and censored “on-air version” of the anime will be released on the AnimeFesta service, starting on March 13, 2026. The “on-air version” will then broadcast on Japanese television on April 5, 2026.
The newly released trailer highlights the anime’s theme song “Sekai ni Hitotsu no Gift,” performed by voice actress Mitsuki Nakae.
Sota Warai is directing the anime series, with Eeyo Kurosaki (The Titan’s Bride, the upcoming Ingoku Danchi) as series composer and Nagae Ashitaka as character designer. Studio Hokiboshi is in charge of the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast includes:

An anime adaptation was first announced by Suiseisha last December and will be part of WWWave Corporation’s AnimeFesta programming block.
OceanVeil also announced that it will stream the anime on March 13, 2026 at 1:00 AM PST.
The romantic comedy sports manga by Goro Aizome was first launched in Takeshobo’s Monthly Kissca magazine on January 8, 2014 and was serialized there until it ceased publication on January 8, 2022. It was then transferred to the Web Comic Gamma Plus website on February 18, 2022 and ran there until November 4, 2022. The series then moved to the Takecomic platform, where it has been serialized since December 19, 2025. Eight tankobon volumes have been released in Japan as of June 2022.
The manga also inspired a live-action film adaptation that was released in August 2020.
