The third and final cour of Dr. Stone: Science Future will begin airing on April 2.
The TV anime’s first cour premiered in January 2025, with the second cour following in July. The show is the fourth and final season of the Dr. Stone anime, which adapts the Shueisha-published manga written by Riichiro Inagaki and drawn by Boichi.

Viz Media describes the manga as such:
One fateful day, all of humanity was petrified by a blinding flash of light. After several millennia, high schooler Taiju awakens and finds himself lost in a world of statues. However, he’s not alone! His science-loving friend Senku’s been up and running for a few months and he’s got a grand plan in mind—to kickstart civilization with the power of science!
The manga ran from 2017 to 2022 in Weekly Shonen Jump. It inspired a side story titled Dr. Stone Reboot: Byakuya during its serialization and was followed by a limited series titled Dr. Stone: 4D Science. The first season of the anime started airing in 2019.
