A new trailer for the Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods (Kami no Niwatsuki Kusunoki-tei ) TV anime, focused on introducing various supernatural characters, has been released. It was also announced that it will begin airing on April 4 (effectively April 5 at 1:30 AM JST).
The anime is based on the light novel series written by Enju, which sees a comfortable countryside house becoming a gathering spot for gods after the evil spirits there are exorcised by main character Minato Kusunoki. Minato’s exorcism powers also attracts modern-day onmyoji.
The light novel series, which is published under KADOKAWA’s Dengeki no Shinbungei label and illustrated by ox, began in November 2021 and has 11 volumes as of November 2025 in Japan. The story was previously published as a Shosetsuka ni Naro web novel starting in April 2021.
There is also a Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods manga.
