A new key visual has been unveiled for The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife TV anime series, which features lead characters, Akira and Shizuka, sharing a scarf as they embrace. The ongoing anime series began broadcasting in Japan on January 8, 2026.

Mitsuho Seta (Magical Girl holoWitches! animation PV alternate dimension designer, background art director, color designer et al.) is directing the anime series and serving as the series composer, with Kairi Unabara (the upcoming Witch Hat Atelier anime series) as character designer and Yoichi Kadono as suit design supervisor. Project No.9 is in charge of the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s voice cast stars:

The anime adaptation is based on the supernatural romantic comedy manga by IWATOBINEKO, which first started as a Twitter web comic and has been serialized in Futabasha’s Web Action since September 4, 2021. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga for English release.
