7 NEWS’ Alison Sandy returns with chilling new podcast KISS & KILL

Some of Australia’s most notorious crimes are back under the microscope, as 7 News revisits the warning signs that were missed before it was too late in the new podcast series Kiss & Kill.

From Seven’s Investigations Editor Alison Sandy, best known for her work on The Lady Vanishes, The Truth About Amy and Shot in the Dark, the 10-episode series will mark her latest deep dive into complex criminal cases that have gripped the nation.

Across the season, Kiss & Kill will examine how several of Australia’s most infamous killer narcissists, including Gerard Baden-Clay, Louis Mahony, Tyrone Thompson, Anthony Eriksen, Charles Evans and Borce Ristevski, followed strikingly predictable behavioural pathways long before coercive control became widely understood.

The series is set to feature interviews with leading criminologists, forensic psychiatrists, legal experts and investigators, exploring how early warning signs were missed, how patterns escalated and whether changes in legislation could have altered the outcomes.

Speaking about the new series, Sandy said the project brings new context to cases that continue to resonate.

“This series exposes what wasn’t understood at the time: that these offenders followed highly predictable behavioural patterns.”

“We reveal the real time work happening behind the scenes as some of the country’s most notorious killer narcissists, including Gerard Baden Clay and Borce Ristevski, edge closer to potential release next year.”

Seven Director of News and Current Affairs Ray Kuka said the podcast represents an in depth, cross platform effort from the newsroom as it revisits these cases at a critical time.

“Kiss & Kill is a rare, in depth examination of some of Australia’s most dangerous offenders.”

“Our team have exposed patterns of behaviour that went unrecognised at the time – insights that are now vital as several of these killer narcissists move toward possible release.”

The series will roll out weekly across Seven’s digital and audio platforms, with episodes available on 7news.com.au and 7plus as a vodcast, and on LiSTNR as a podcast, alongside companion reports airing on 7 News at 6.00pm.

The new true crime podcast series Kiss & Kill drops this Sunday, 15 February 2026.
