According to the official advertisement, the hiring covers technical, administrative, security, medical, clerical, and support staff positions.

Important Note
According to the advertisement, candidates must meet the required educational qualifications and age limits as stated in the notice. These conditions will apply as of the closing date of applications, 01 March 2026.
The Ministry of Defence has also clarified the age relaxation policy. Maximum age relaxation will be allowed only in specific cases and categories:
- Three years age relaxation will be granted to candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognised tribes of Tribal Areas, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
- Three years relaxation will apply to candidates from Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan for posts in BS-15 and below.
- Ten years relaxation, up to the age of 55 years, will be available to government servants who have completed two years of continuous service by the closing date.
- Ten years age relaxation will also be granted to released or retired officers, personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan, provided their total service does not exceed 15 years, or the actual years served, whichever is less.
- Five years age relaxation will be applicable to widows, widowers, sons, or daughters of deceased government servants who passed away during service.
- Ten years relaxation will be available for persons with disabilities applying for posts in BS-15 and below.
The ministry further stated that quotas for women, minorities, and persons with disabilities will be strictly observed in line with government rules.
Candidates should note that negative marking will apply in the screening test, with 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
No TA or DA will be admissible for candidates appearing in tests or interviews.
How to Apply
The Ministry of Defence has made the application process completely online.
Applicants can access online application forms and fee deposit slips through the official website www.recruitments.com.pk. Submission of hard copy application forms is not required.
The application fee must be paid through the 1Bill invoice system using participating banks, ATMs, Internet Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UBL Omni, or TCS Express counters. Only 1Bill invoice payments will be accepted.
The deposit fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Candidates must ensure eligibility before applying for any post.
Deposit slips will be generated through the website until 2:00 PM on the last date of application. To avoid inconvenience or last-minute rush, early submission is strongly advised.
Application Fee Structure:
- Rs. 2,500 for posts in BS-17 and BS-18
- Rs. 2,000 for posts in BS-14 to BS-16
- Rs. 1,600 for posts in BS-9 to BS-13
- Rs. 1,200 for posts in BS-7
- Rs. 800 for posts in BS-1 to BS-6
Persons with disabilities are entitled to fee exemption, subject to the submission of valid disability certificates issued by the relevant government departments.
The ministry has clarified that test and result intimation slips will not be sent by post or courier. Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official website and keep their mobile numbers operational for updates regarding tests and results.
Providing correct personal information, submitting documents when required, and meeting timelines remain the sole responsibility of the candidate. These factors will form part of the eligibility determination.
