The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) has announced an extension in its semester vacations, delaying the reopening of the campus by one week.
According to the university, UET will now reopen on February 9, while classes will also commence from the same date instead of February 2.
Registration for the Spring 2026 semester has been rescheduled for February 9.
The university clarified that the extended semester break applies to all academic programs, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes.
The decision provides additional relief to students ahead of the new academic session.
