Stepping out for film promotions, Triptii Dimri chose an ivory anarkali set by Rohit Bal, crafted in chanderi silk and fitted through the bodice. An empire seam is placed high under the bust with a wide flared skirt that flows below.
The chanderi silk has a light sheen and fluid fall. beneath it, straight-fit trousers are visible at the hem, adding a second layer of form under the anarkali’s sweep. An organza dupatta is draped along one side, with tonal silk-thread aari embroidery running along the edges, giving the appearance of texture against the plain white body of the outfit.
Stylist Chandini Whabi pairs the ensemble with pearl juttis from Fizzy Goblet and jewellery from Amrapali Jewel. Hairstylist Seema Mane side-parted the open hair, which cascaded in soft waves. Makeup artist Pooja Rohira Fernandes pared back the beauty look with neutral tones on the kohl-eyed lids, fluttery lashes, smoothly shaped brows, rosy cheeks, and a neutral pink lip on a soft, lightweight base.

“Amp up the look with heavier jewellery and a heavier embroidered dupatta or shawl to create more depth. Work with a messy bun and thick kohl eyes to complete the look,” says Vogue India fashion associate Divya Balakrishnan.
