A new key visual and more cast members have been revealed for the upcoming The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife TV anime series, which will debut in Japan starting on January 8, 2026. The anime was originally supposed to premiere this year, but was announced to be delayed to 2026.

In addition, the two new cast members include Tomonori Ono as Karma and Kaori Ishihara as Light.
They join a previously announced voice cast that includes:
- • Yohei Azakami as Akira Tounome
- • Yuka Nukui as Shizuka Yakou
- • Riho Sugiyama as Luna Jarashi
- • Masaya Fukunishi as Daichi Kikira
Ishihara is also performing the main ending theme song “Hoshimagane”
Mitsuho Seta (Magical Girl holoWitches! animation PV alternate dimension designer, background art director, color designer et al.) is directing and serving as the series screenwriter, with Kairi Unabara (the upcoming Witch Hat Atelier) as character designer and Yoichi Kadono as suit design supervisor. Project No.9 is in charge of the animation production.
The anime is based on the manga by IWATOBINEKO, which began as a Twitter comic and has been serialized in Futabasha’s Web Action since September 4, 2021. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed the manga for release in English.
