On the one-year anniversary of Cozy Game Pals’ Fear The Spotlight, Blumhouse Games has announced a physical version of the game for PlayStation 5, as well as a Kickstarter for a graphic novel. Written by Patricia Villeto (“Sonic Prime”, “Tigton”, “Ben 10”) and illustrated by Claudia Leonardi (The Life Is Strange graphic novels series), the Kickstarter will launch in early 2026.
Teaming up with iam8bit, players and horror fans can build out their collections with the first physical release of Fear the Spotlight with a retail version and iam8bit Exclusive release on PlayStation 5. Included in the iam8bit Exclusive Edition is a bonus pack-in 12” x 18” poster and O-Sleeve that ensure this game will fit comfortably amongst any horror fan’s physical media collection. The retail version will include the same 12” x 18”poster. Pre-orders are available now via iam8bit.com, and at participating retailers for $24.99, and orders are expected to ship beginning on March 13, 2026.
Meanwhile, ASGARD BOOKS will be publishing the graphic novel, which features a brand new story that continues Vivan and Amy’s adventures after the game, with the pair transported back in time to solve a terrifying mystery at a local farm.
