‘Multiple life-threatening injuries’ reported after head-on crash in Warrington, Bucks County

WARRINGTON, Pa. (WPVI) — Multiple people were injured in a devastating head-on two-vehicle crash on Friday night in Bucks County.

The collision occurred around 9:30 p.m. on the 2600 block of Bristol Road in Warrington Township.

According to police, a sedan with four occupants collided with an SUV with one occupant. Multiple victims were rushed to Abington Hospital in extremely critical condition.

“This was a major collision resulting in multiple life-threatening injuries. At this time, police are working to identify all of the injured occupants and notify their families,” police said in a statement late Friday night.

No further details were immediately available.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Bristol Road will be closed for an extended period while the investigation continues

Anyone who may have witnessed the crash is asked to call Warrington Township police.
