Michiel Huisman & Betsy Brandt Join ‘Mayfair Witches’ Season 3

Michiel Huisman (“The Haunting of Hill House”) and Betsy Brandt (“Breaking Bad”) have been cast in “Mayfair Witches” Season 3, Variety reports.

They join returning stars Alexandra Daddario, Harry Hamlin, Tongayi Chirisa, and Alyssa Jirrels.

Huisman will play Michael, a carpenter who built an inn that he runs himself. Though he hides a dark secret, his carefully constructed life begins to crumble when he falls in love with Rowan Mayfair (Daddario).

Brandt will play Katherine, though no other details about her character have been revealed.

Adapted from Anne Rice‘s Lives of the Mayfair Witches novel trilogy, the third season of “Mayfair Witches” begins production this week in Vancouver, Canada.

It will dive deeper into the mythology of witchcraft, introduce new ‘spellbound’ families, and feature some of the historical happenings of Salem, MA, the infamous town of witch trials and folklore.

Thomas Schnauz (“Breaking Bad,” “Better Call Saul”) has joined as co-showrunner alongside Esta Spalding, who co-created the series with Michelle Ashford.

“Mayfair Witches” premiered in 2023 as the second series in AMC’s Anne Rice Immortal Universe following “Interview with the Vampire.” The latest addition, “Talamasca: The Secret Order,” kicked off last week.
