‘Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers’ Celebrates 30th Anniversary with New Vinyl Pressing

Celebrate the 30th anniversary Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers with the soundtrack on vinyl from Mondo, in association with Varèse Sarabande.

The sixth installment in the horror franchise marks the final score in the series from Alan Howarth, who collaborated with John Carpenter on Halloween II and III scoring Halloween 4 and 5 solo.

The reissue is pressed on 2xLP 140-gram “Thorn Harvest” colored vinyl and housed in a gatefold jacket featuring artwork by Janie Peacock.

Priced at $50, the album is expected to ship in March 2026.

In the 1995 slasher, six years after being presumed dead in a fire, and just as the town prepares to finally celebrate Halloween again, Michael Myers returns to Haddonfield to continue his reign of terror.

Joe Chappelle (Phantoms, “CSI: Miami”) directs from a script by Daniel Farrands.

Donald Pleasence, Paul Rudd, Marianne Hagan, Mitch Ryan, and Devin Gardner star, with George P. Wilbur as Michael Myers.
