A new key visual, trailer, and two additional cast members have been revealed for the “Palmia Church Arc” of the ongoing May I Ask for One Final Thing? TV anime adaptation. The series premiered in Japan on October 3, 2025 and is expected to broadcast for 13 episodes.

The two new cast members joining the series for the latest story arc include Kaori Maeda as Diana and Shun Horie as Jin.
They join a main voice cast that includes:

- • Shoya Ishige as Leonard L. Vandimion
- • Miyu Tomita as Nanaka
- • Kazuki Ura as Sigurd Forgrave

Kazuya Sakamoto (She and Her Cat: Everything Flows) is directing the anime series, with Deko Akao (VTuber Legend: How I Went Viral After Forgetting to Turn Off My Stream) as series screenwriter and Eriko Haga (Kaginado) as character designer. LIDENFILMS is in charge of the animation production, while LIDENFILMS Tokyo Studio is credited with the series’ main production.
The series began as a web novel by Nana Otori on AlphaPolis starting on April 10, 2018. It was then published as a light novel series on August 6, 2018 with new illustrations by Satsuki. Six volumes have been released as of July 2025.
The action fantasy light novels later inspired a manga adaptation by Sora Hoonoki in June 2019, which is currently published in English on the Alpha Manga app.
