Chalk up a Dusk Golem Resident Evil rumor partly confirmed. During the Nintendo Direct earlier today, Capcom revealed that not only are they bringing Resident Evil Village Gold Edition and Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition to the Switch 2, but also Resident Evil Requiem. All three titles will arrive on the Switch 2 on February 27. Accompanying the announcement is a brand-new trailer for Resident Evil Requiem.
The brand-new story trailer brings players deeper into the twisted web of horror awaiting Grace Ashcroft as she investigates the Wrenwood Hotel, including a glimpse of new antagonists, weapons, and locations in the game.
Set approximately 30 years after the outbreak in Raccoon City, Resident Evil Requiem follows Grace on a new case where the young FBI analyst must escape from the horrors surrounding her and face the tragic memories from the death of her mother, Alyssa Ashcroft. In addition to the Nintendo Switch 2, Requiem will also arrive on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam on February 27.
Meanwhile, Switch 2 players will also be getting Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition, which includes the full game, the “Not a Hero” chapter, and all additional DLC. Resident Evil Village Gold Edition will feature the Winters’ Expansion and the Trauma Pack. More information on these releases is expected in the near future.
