PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — The very talented musicians in the Twin Valley High School Marching Band from Elverson, Chester County, took over the Yard outside 6abc studios for School Spirit Day!

And we were really feeling the beat today, thanks in part to Cecilia Sconiczin, one of the drum majors.

“It tends to be a lot, but honestly, I wouldn’t give this up for the world,” she said. “It’s an amazing experience, and it’s about putting all of these people before myself. It’s an amazing experience for leadership, and also it’s a family here.”

The band will be performing Friday night for the big football game at the high school, and they will also be taking part in a competition on Saturday.
