A fourth new Zodiac sign visual was unveiled last week for The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten TV anime series, spotlighting the Zodiac sign Virgo and the main heroine Mahiru in a field of flowers.

The first three Zodiac visuals highlighted Mahiru in a Gemini, Cancer, and Leo themes.
The anime’s first season ran from January 2023 to March 2023. A second season was first announced in October 2023 and is scheduled to broadcast in Japan sometime in April 2026.
The new director for the second season is Chihiro Kumano (Unnamed Memory assistant director, director of the upcoming The Kept Man of the Princess Knight). The previous season’s director was Kenichi Imaizumi (Kingdom Season 3 to 5 and After School Dice Club director), but sometime before the show premiered, the credits changed to list Lihua Wang/Reika Ou as director and Imaizumi as supervisor.
Keiichiro Ochi and Takayuki Noguchi are returning as the screenwriter and character designer, respectively, along with N-Nei Kurahashi as sub-character designer. Project No.9 is once again in charge of the animation production, as it did with season one.
Meanwhile, the anime’s main voice cast stars:

- • Taku Yashiro as Itsuki Akasawa
- • Haruka Shiraishi as Chitose Shirakawa
The original light novel series is written by Saekisan and illustrated by Hanekoto, starting from the second volume onwards. It was first published on June 15, 2019 under SB Creative’s GA Bunko imprint. Eleven physical volumes and two short story collections have been released as of March 2025. A third short story collection will be released in Japan on September 13, 2025. Yen Press releases the light novel series in English under its Yen On imprint.
A manga adaptation by Wan Shibata was launched in Square Enix’s Manga UP! app and website on January 6, 2022. Five tankobon volumes have been released as of March 2025. Square Enix Manga & Books licensed the manga for release in English.
