New to the Neighborhood: Boston Provisions Market is now open in the Seaport

February 26, 2026 – Boston, MA — Boston Provisions Market, a new retail destination for home cooks, will open on Monday, March 2nd in Boston Seaport, uniting two of the city’s most respected culinary institutions, Wulf’s Fish and Savenor’s Butchery, under one concept for the first time.

Created following Wulf’s Fish’s 2024 acquisition of Savenor’s Butchery, Boston Provisions Market brings the high-quality meat and seafood long trusted by Boston’s leading chefs directly to the public. The counter-service market is staffed by expert butchers and fishmongers, offering cut-to-order products and practical guidance from the same teams who advise professional kitchens nationwide.

Opening at street level on Harbor Way in Boston Seaport, within the new 1 Boston Wharf building, Boston Provisions Market is designed as a natural extension of the neighborhood. It offers home cooks chef-quality provisions in a modern, welcoming space that fits easily into daily routines, whether stopping in for dinner or planning something special.

“Boston Provisions Market will meet a need in the Seaport as a place to source premium meat and seafood that cannot be found anywhere else in the neighborhood,” said Mike Moniz, CEO of Boston Provisions. “We are excited to bring the legacy brands of Wulf’s Fish and Savenor’s Butchery to a new and growing part of the city.”

Offerings will include prime, wagyu, and dry-aged beef; heritage Berkshire pork; American lamb; and a wide range of poultry, alongside an exceptional seafood selection spanning New England staples such as cod, lobster, and oysters, as well as responsibly raised salmon, Japanese fish including hamachi and madai, and world-class caviar. All products mirror what Wulf’s Fish and Savenor’s supply to their restaurant and wholesale customers.

The market will also offer a small grab-and-go selection ideal for taking back to the office or home while complementing the market’s focus on sourcing, craftsmanship, and counter service.

“Boston Provisions Market adds a thoughtful, craft-driven retail experience that serves residents and reflects the area’s deep connection to food and maritime history,” said Ariel Foxman, Vice President of Brand and Experience, Boston Seaport.

Designed as a refined, contemporary space described by the team as an elegant, design-forward market inspired by classic European food halls, the 1,000-square-foot market brings craft, expertise, and everyday accessibility together in a way that meaningfully enhances the neighborhood’s food landscape.

The market will officially open to the public on Monday, March  2, operating daily from 11 AM to 7 PM.  The first 100 customers will get a Boston Provisions Tote and they will be offering Caviar Bumps all day long
