The authorities of the Hassan district administration on Tuesday extended an invitation to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar, and Home Minister G. Parameshwara for the government programme to be held in Hassan on December 6.

The Chief Minister and others will launch development programmes and distribute land rights certificates to people, on the Government Engineering College premises.

Minister for Revenue Krishna Byre Gowda, who is also Minister in charge of the district, MLA for Arsikere K.M. Shivalinge Gowda, Deputy Commissioner K.S. Lathakumari, extended invitations to Mr. Siddaramaiah and Ministers.

Mr. Gowda visited Hassan last week and reviewed the preparations.
